Dementia Lens Receives Community Recognition at Parliament

In January 2026 Dementia Lens Orange were honoured to be recognised by Phil Donato MP at the 5th Annual Orange Electorate Community Recognition Awards.

At the awards, we were presented with a copy of the words Phil spoke at New South Wales Parliament last year, where he officially recognised Dementia Lens as a volunteer organisation providing key information to people living with dementia, and their carers, in our area.

We enjoyed attending, and were impressed by the other locals who also received awards for their efforts in the community.

There are so many people in our community doing so many good things!
